Refund policy

We prioritize service continuity while offering fair refunds where applicable. This policy is designed to protect both customer expectations and WebDios operational costs.

Shared hosting refunds

Only shared hosting plans are eligible for a standard refund policy. A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of the initial order for new shared hosting services, provided there is no abuse, policy violation, or excessive resource usage.

Refunds apply only to the base hosting plan. Add-ons, licenses, and third-party fees are excluded.

Prorated refunds for other services

For services other than shared hosting, we may offer a prorated refund if a written request is submitted within 14 days of ordering a new service.

  • Prorated refunds apply only to the unused portion of the service term.
  • Setup fees, onboarding, migration, and third-party costs are deducted.
  • Services already delivered (design work, development milestones, consulting hours) are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • SSL certificates, IP addresses, and software licenses.
  • Custom development, one-time services, or professional consulting.
  • Renewal invoices and overdue balances.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our policies or applicable law.

Refund process

  • Submit requests to billing@webdios.com with your invoice ID and service details.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service suspension.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
