Shipping & delivery policy
WebDios primarily delivers digital services. This policy clarifies activation timelines, delivery expectations, and limited hardware shipping terms where applicable.
Digital delivery
- Hosting, VPS, and managed services are usually provisioned within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Custom development or ERP projects follow the delivery timeline in the approved statement of work.
- Service credentials and access details are delivered to the registered account email.
Domains & DNS
Domain registrations, transfers, and DNS changes depend on third-party registries. Typical completion time is 1–3 business days, but registry backlogs or verification requests can extend timelines.
Hardware shipping (if applicable)
We do not generally ship physical goods. If hardware is sold as part of a managed infrastructure contract:
- Shipments are limited to India unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation from the carrier.
Delays & exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, force majeure events, incorrect customer information, or regulatory holds.
Governing law & jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
