Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to WebDios Technologies Pvt. Ltd. services, including hosting, domains, infrastructure, security, automation, and custom development. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our legal policies.

Acceptance & eligibility

You must be authorized to bind your organization. By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any order forms or statements of work.

Services scope & customer responsibilities

  • Service features, limits, and inclusions are defined in the plan details or contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of content, licenses, and data you upload.
  • We may refuse or suspend service for violations, security threats, or unlawful activity.
  • Third-party services (domains, certificates, plugins) are subject to their own terms.

Billing, renewals & taxes

  • Services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Auto-renewals keep services active; you must cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
  • Setup fees, one-time services, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We target monthly uptime of 99.9% for managed hosting and core infrastructure, excluding:

  • Scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, regional internet outages).
  • Issues caused by customer configurations, code, or third-party software.

If uptime falls below the target, you may request a service credit within 7 days of the incident report. Credits are capped at one month of the affected service and are the sole remedy.

Support channels and response times are based on the service tier. Critical incidents receive 24/7 monitoring, while standard tickets follow business-hour workflows.

Termination & suspension

  • You may terminate services by providing written notice and settling outstanding invoices.
  • We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, security risks, or policy breaches.
  • Upon termination, data access may be removed after a reasonable export window.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDios disclaims all warranties, express or implied. WebDios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
